Custom Memorial Glass
A new kind of memorial. Beautiful, custom pieces created to enshrine and display the ashes of your loved one in durable, clear borosilicate glass.
All memorials start with a consultation with Tako. Please review our process, below:
- Purchase a consultation with Tako.
- After the consultation, purchase the custom items you would like to have created.
- Mail us a tablespoon of ashes for each memorial, following the USPS requirements for shipping cremated remains.
- Excess ashes will not be returned.
- Finished glass pieces do not qualify as remains, and will be shipped normally.
- Tako will create your memorial in our studio.
- Your memorial will be shipped to you.
