Tako Purple Nebula Opal Sherlock Pipe

The Tako Purple Nebula Opal Sherlock Pipe is a big, hefty take on one of Tako’s classic shapes. At 9 oz, this dry has some serious weight to it, with a tall can but a compact, comfortable shape that feels amazing in the hand.
A curved stem and mouthpiece profile inspired by the traditional pipe shape associated with Sherlock Holmes; it may describe either a dry pipe or a water-filtering piece.
Tako’s Purple Nebula colorway fills the piece with rich purples, electric blues, and all kinds of shades in between. The real centerpiece is the huge white planet marble set against a cloud of crushed opal. More crushed opal is tucked inside the reinforced carb , giving you another flash of sparkle when you look at the piece from the side.
An opal element incorporated into and typically encased within glass as a decorative focal point.
The shape is just as dialed in as the color. The swept-back carb lands naturally right where your thumb wants to sit, while a breaks up the stem before it opens into the broad, flattened mouthpiece. When you put the pipe down, it lays back onto the mouthpiece with the oversized opal marble acting as a kickstand.
A raised ring or widened ridge formed around glass tubing, commonly used as a decorative, structural, or grip element.
It’s thick, substantial glass with a really satisfying balance in the hand. Between that massive opal focal point and the depth of the Purple Nebula color, the Tako Purple Nebula Opal Sherlock Pipe has a ton going on without losing that classic Sherlock feel.
